June R. Weinberg, 82, formerly of Wallace Avenue, died Saturday, Nov. 30, 1996, in Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio.

A Duluth resident for 50 years, she had been a legal secretary. She was a member of Hadassah and the Sisterhood of Temple Israel. She was a past president of the Legal Secretaries Association of Duluth.

She was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, Archie Weinberg, on Feb. 18, 1988; her sisters, Tessie Goldenberg and Grace Rocklin; and brothers Leon and George Peck.

Survivors include her daughter, Sandra Marsyla of Eagan, Minn.; her son and daughter-in-law, Morris and Sherill Weinberg of Kettering, Ohio; a sister, Marj Friedman of Plymouth, Minn.; a brother, Jerome Sonosky of Alexandria, Va.; four grandchildren, Gregory Weinberg and wife Joy, Suzanne Rowlison, Kira Marsyla, and David Marsyla; and three great-grandchildren.

Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday in Johnson Mortuary. Burial will be in Temple Emanuel Cemetery. Memorials to Temple Israel would be appreciated. Arrangements are by Johnson Mortuary.
